Despite its successful offline reputation, Arena Tobacco needed a website to meet customer expectations and enhance the user experience. The main challenges were building interactive elements to better engage customers, ensuring secure registration and developing e-commerce functionalities tailored to client needs. The site had to be minimalist and clean, reflecting the premium products offered. Soon, our efforts paid off!

Challenges

Before developing the new website, Arena Tobacco had no online presence. A platform was needed to regularly engage customers, with flexible payment options, including financing and installment plans. Another goal was to create a system for collecting customer feedback from different physical locations to help personalize future offers.

Solutions

One key innovation was integrating the “Arena Tobacco Wheel” – a fully custom project that features a prize wheel where users can win rewards. Customers can choose the spin’s strength and spin once every 24 hours. To ensure security and user uniqueness, the system requires registration via phone number, which is automatically validated, preventing potential misuse.

Additionally, we integrated a dynamic “live tab” that displays the game’s winners in real-time, adding an extra layer of excitement. Notifications are automatically sent to winners via email, making the entire process automated and eliminating the need for human intervention.

Another major improvement was the introduction of individual QR codes for various establishments offering Arena Tobacco products. These codes allow customers to provide feedback for each specific location, providing valuable insights to enhance service.

With the new website, we were able to offer our clients a much more intuitive and seamless experience. Features like the Arena Tobacco Wheel and easy navigation made the site both engaging and user-friendly.

Once we had built a secure site with many functionalities, we focused on the SEO aspect. We created meta descriptions for the main product categories, which improved our search engine rankings. We added an auto-complete feature to the site’s search function, making product discovery faster and easier. To streamline the purchase process, we implemented two key integrations: Borica for secure online payments and TBI for installment payment options.

Results

Following the implementation of these innovations, the results were quick to follow. In the first three months, the number of registrations doubled. The time users spent on the site also doubled. The Arena Tobacco Wheel generated massive interest, attracting many new customers and increasing site traffic. Additionally, thanks to the TBI integration, installment purchases grew, further boosting the store’s revenue.

The introduction of QR codes for feedback allowed Arena Tobacco to better understand the needs of its customers across different locations, further improving the quality of products and services offered.
